The following terms and conditions exclusively cover all sales of products and/or services through the online store of the COMPANY, located on the website www.michailidisgtp.gr (hereinafter "site"). Any other terms and conditions are expressly excluded. Every User who enters and transacts or uses the services of the online store (hereinafter "Customer" or "User" accordingly) is considered to consent and accept unconditionally the terms outlined here, without any exceptions. If a User does not agree with these terms, they must refrain from using the online store and from any transaction with it. THE COMPANY reserves the right to change the terms of use at any time.

In no case can THE COMPANY guarantee the availability of these products.    Any dispute arising between you and the Company should first be attempted to be resolved amicably. If this is not possible, the relevant claims may be raised within the statutory time limits. Greek law applies, and the Courts of Athens have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any disputes.

7. Return Policy
   If the product you received is different from what you ordered, you can return it within fourteen (14) days of purchase, at no cost. In this case, the product can only be returned if it is in its original condition and packaging. Shipping Costs: Returns in these cases are made at our expense.
