The Controller processes the Customer’s personal data for the following purposes:

2. Completion of the online order created by the Customer (name, address, email, phone number),
3. Establishment of laws and regulations governing the relationship between the Customer and the Operator,
4. Personal data is required to complete the purchase agreement. The purchase agreement cannot be completed without personal data.
Retention period for personal data
1. The Controller retains personal data for the period deemed necessary to fulfill the rights and obligations arising from the relationship and the contract between the Controller and the Customer, and for a period of 3 years following the termination of said contract,
2. The Controller must delete all personal data once the period specified as necessary for the retention of personal data has expired.
Recipients and processors of personal data
Any third parties that process the Customer’s personal data are subcontractors of the Controller. The services of these subcontractors are necessary for the successful fulfillment of the purchase agreement and the processing of the online order between the Operator and the Customer.

- The shipping company

In accordance with the Regulation, the Customer is entitled to:

4. the right to object to the processing of personal data,
5. the transfer of data,

7. the submission of a complaint to the competent authority in the event of a violation of the Regulation.
